For the safety and privacy of our program participants, address locations are not shared on our website. Private tours are available to referral partners by appointment and are scheduled upon request.

Our Shared Housing Program helps eliminate the frustration of searching for affordable housing resources for patients and clients. Serving Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Polk, Marion and Pasco Counties in Central Florida. We provide roommate-style living for independent adults in a shared home environment. Each home is clean, safe, well-maintained, close to public transportation, and offers a community built on accountability, respect, and encouragement.

Are the homes in your Shared Housing Program Licensed?
Thrive Again Solutions' Shared Housing Program follows strict safety guidelines from the National Standard for Physical Inspection of Real Estate from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Unlike Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, Sober Homes, or Foster Care Homes, Independent Living Facilities with Shared Housing Programs are not required to have licensure.

How To Submit A Housing Referral
STEP 1
Submit a Housing Referral
Complete our secure online Referral Form or contact the Thrive Again Solutions team by phone or email. We accept referrals from hospital discharge planners, medical professionals, clinical directors, social workers, case managers, behavioral health providers, veteran service organizations, citizen reentry programs, nonprofits, and community agencies seeking safe, affordable shared housing for adults in transition.
STEP 2
Housing Match
Our team reviews each referral to understand your client's unique needs, eligibility, preferred location, and source of income. We then work to place them in an appropriate, affordable Shared Living Home or Independent Living Facility (ILF) based on availability and individual needs. If vacancies are limited, we will work directly within our network of ILF housing program providers to help facilitate your client placement.
STEP 3
Successful Placement
Once placed in our Shared Housing Program, TAS is an advocate for program participants to continue their post follow-up care with healthcare providers, case managers and social workers. Our Shared Housing Program is designed to support independent adults transitioning after hospitalization, medical treatment, behavioral health services, rehabilitation, homelessness, incarceration, military service, or other significant life changes.
